I wanted a seat cover that would defend not only the seat itself, but, the backs of the front seats as nicely. This hammock does the job and then some. It protects the back seat, the floor, and the back sections of the front seats. Drool and dog hair are contained inside the hammock, and it attaches to the front back seats so it stays in location.
The front of the hammock attaches across both front seats so that it deters my dog from attempting to get into the front seat. I also use a pet seat belt to secure my Basset Hound so that she will not be hurt in case of a sudden quit or accident.
If you are looking for a thing to keep your car pet hair free of charge, then this product is for you. It also comes with covers for the headrests to maintain them clean as nicely. It is produced of a heavy material so that it will not be ruined by dog nails or chewing. It is machine washable so that you can keep the hammock clean

Product covers full back seat plus backs of front seats (such as headrests). Thicker and sturdier than I expected. The tan is in fact additional of a olive green color although.
